Service Contracts Executive

About the role

The Service Contracts Executive ensures the profitability of service contracts for the Bus Division of FAMCO by analysing data, generating reports and liaising with customers, workshop and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Collate information from the ERP system and other sources to produce timely service‑contract reports.
• Alert workshop managers and senior management to exceptions that could affect profitability.
• Present contract performance reports to senior leadership within defined timelines.
• Maintain contact with service‑contract customers for technical and commercial matters, ensuring positive feedback.
• Coordinate with workshop and sales teams to meet contract objectives and monitor profitability, providing insights for improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in service‑contract management within a reputable automotive dealership.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems for service‑contract data.
• Effective communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
