Service Executive – Contract Management

About the role

The Service Executive will manage service contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction through accurate reporting and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collate information from the ERP system and other sources to generate timely service‑contract reports.
• Alert workshop managers and senior leadership about exceptions that may affect contract profitability.
• Prepare and share reports with principals and higher management within specified timelines.
• Maintain contact with service‑contract customers for technical and commercial matters, ensuring positive feedback.
• Coordinate with workshop and sales teams to meet service‑contract objectives.
• Monitor and analyse contract profitability, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies regarding contract management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in service‑contract management within a reputable automotive dealership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sound technical knowledge of service contracts.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
