Service Leader – Completion Tools

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Leader for its Completion Tools product line to coordinate shop and field activities, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to HSE and Halliburton Management System standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee shop and field activities for the Product Service Line, ensuring compliance with HSE and HMS guidelines.
• Supervise Service Specialists, Service Operators, and Tool Technicians, monitoring SQ/HSE adherence and providing training.
• Ensure timely completion of training, including annual HSE refresher courses, and maintain competency levels.
• Provide supervisory presence on customer job sites during complex, high‑profile jobs.
• Assist service coordinators with day‑to‑day operations and participate in investigations of unsatisfactory or unplanned job results.

Required profile

• Technical mechanical, electrical degree or related qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of Liner Hanger and Completion Tools experience.
• At least 3 years of proven offshore experience and 1 year of deep‑water experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally and advanced English proficiency.
• Proactive attitude with strong energy and passion for learning.
