Service Sales Representative (Dubai)

About the role

Schindler Group is looking for a Service Sales Representative to drive sales of third‑party elevator and escalator units across the United Arab Emirates. You will build and nurture customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and act as the link between clients and Schindler’s service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for non‑Schindler units throughout the UAE.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, handling complaints in collaboration with internal teams.
• Document and keep customer and contact information up to date.
• Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales budget and pricing targets.
• Proactively generate new business outside the existing customer base.
• Match customer needs with Schindler solutions and keep the CRM system current.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (management degree is a plus).
• 4–8 years of sales experience, preferably in technical or service‑oriented markets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to view situations from multiple perspectives.
• Team‑player who can motivate and inspire colleagues toward common goals.
