Social Media Manager (Native English Speaker)

About the role

AXD is looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager with native-level English to manage its social media presence, create engaging content, grow its online audience and strengthen its brand across several platforms. The position is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Create content such as posts, Reels, Stories, videos and captions, and write natural-sounding English copy
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars
• Research trends, audience behaviour and competitors
• Engage with followers and handle comments and direct messages
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and the marketing team

Required profile

• Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Portfolio of previously managed social media accounts
• Preferred: experience in digital marketing, branding and content creation, and managing accounts for international audiences
