Spanish Speaking Commis 3 for Western‑style Restaurants

About the role

Join a well‑established restaurant group in Dubai as a Commis 3, supporting Western‑style outlets. You will work under the Executive Chef and report to the Sous Chef, contributing to high‑quality food preparation and kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve delegated dishes while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor stock movement, place orders for your section, and assist with food cost control.
• Carry out daily procedures such as temperature checks, food labeling, dating, and storage.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, reporting any hazards.
• Assist with delivery acceptance, storage, and kitchen opening/closing procedures.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and support other sections when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional culinary experience, preferably as a Commis III or kitchen trainee in fine‑dining.
• Ability to work under pressure in a heated environment and for long hours.
• Strong ambition, willingness to learn, and good communication skills (fluent English preferred).
• Culinary certificate from a recognized institution is preferred.
