Spare Parts Warehouse Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant Manager (Spare Parts) to lead our spare parts inventory operations in Sharjah. The role combines technical inventory management with team leadership to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain advanced spare parts tracking systems and software.
• Drive best practices in handling, storage, and organization of spare parts to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate inventory systems with company processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff, troubleshooting inventory‑related issues.
• Develop innovative solutions to reduce stock discrepancies and enhance accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, sales patterns, and customer demand.
• Conduct regular audits, reconcile records, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team while fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8‑12 years of UAE/GCC experience in spare parts inventory or retail management, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Resident of Sharjah and available to join immediately.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computerized inventory management systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
