About the role
The Specialist, Digital Service Support (Special Projects) will support the planning, execution and monitoring of IT and digital initiatives across the organisation, ensuring smooth roll‑outs and system upgrades.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate IT/digital projects, including documentation, status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain RAID logs to track risks, issues, actions and decisions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing, go‑live readiness, project roll‑outs and system upgrades.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support, preferably in retail or multi‑site environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
Required skills
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
- Go‑live readiness and system upgrade coordination
- RAID log management
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation certification (preferred)
