About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist, Products and Solutions to support strategic commercialization activities, collaborate with business units, and contribute to client development efforts across priority clients and market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supports strategic commercialization activities across priority clients, market initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with business units to enable better decision making and supports the delivery of strategy and performance.
• Contributes to client development efforts by supporting business cases, opportunity assessments, solution positioning, and commercialization strategies.
• Assists in the development of RFP responses, client presentations, executive-ready materials, and proposal content that articulate Mastercard's value proposition.
• Performs research and analysis on market trends, client needs, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities to support strategic decision‑making.
• Utilizes problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills to support multiple priorities simultaneously.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting, strategy, product management, commercialization, business development, payments.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive and client presentations.
• Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality outputs.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
