Regional Aftermarket Channel Sales Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Gogo is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Channel Sales Manager to drive growth across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will expand Gogo Galileo’s reach by increasing equipment sales, service activations, and recurring revenue through strategic channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual revenue quota and territory business plan, linking forecasted opportunities to year‑over‑year growth.
• Build and deepen relationships with MROs, dealers, OEM service centers, operators and other channel partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle – market research, prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting and closing.
• Enable partner success through sales, technical and product training and create value‑based solutions.
• Represent Gogo at industry trade shows, conferences and regional events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Aviation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in channel management, account management, business development or technical sales, preferably in aviation.
• Experience working with MROs and operators in the Middle East and Africa.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 50% of the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
