Sponsorship Sales Executive

About the role

Elevate Education is seeking an ambitious Sponsorship Sales Executive to join its UAE commercial team. This entry‑level commercial role focuses on building a sales pipeline for sponsorship opportunities across sports, entertainment and culture sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective brands and commercial partners aligned to client sponsorship opportunities.
• Build accurate prospect lists, conduct outbound prospecting and secure qualified meetings for the commercial team.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business, marketing objectives and sponsorship interest.
• Maintain prospect, activity and pipeline data in the CRM system and support senior colleagues with meeting preparation and market intelligence.
• Attend partner meetings, help prepare sales presentations, proposals and other commercial materials.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in approaching new people.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Good research abilities and commercial judgement regarding sponsorship and partnership strategies.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
