Store Manager - Coach

About the role

Al Tayer Group is looking for a Store Manager for its Coach boutique in Dubai. The role manages and develops the team to deliver strong revenue while keeping the brand image, operational compliance and customer satisfaction intact.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure company policies, procedures and Health & Safety standards are followed.
• Minimise stock loss and analyse stock data to maximise sales opportunities.
• Analyse performance trends, share stock feedback with Buying/Planning teams and recommend sales promotions and brand activities.
• Drive sales, monitor performance and recommend actions to meet and exceed targets.
• Cultivate excellent customer service, resolve complaints promptly and understand customer profiles.
• Prepare and run stock takes with the Operations team and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales per square foot, track market trends and competitor activity, and build strong relationships with key business partners.
• Lead the team, coach and motivate staff, and support their development for higher-level roles.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
