Store Manager

About the role

Our client, a premium womenswear brand, is opening a new store at Dubai Mall and seeks a sales‑driven Store Manager with a strong commercial mindset and extensive luxury fashion experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for sales, operations and overall store performance, managing targets and KPIs such as conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP and high‑value clients, supporting personal shopping and styling.
• Recruit, train, motivate and manage a high‑performing retail team, handling scheduling and day‑to‑day operations.
• Oversee stock, cash handling, replenishment, transfers and stock accuracy.
• Manage CRM, customer follow‑up and ensure the brand’s premium image and service standards are maintained.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑8 years of experience in luxury or affordable‑luxury womenswear retail in Dubai, including senior management roles.
• Strong existing client portfolio and network across Dubai and the UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Russian is a plus.
• Proven sales leadership, commercial awareness and experience with VIP clients and luxury customer service.
• Understanding of GCC customer behavior and experience with ERP/retail software (Nebim preferred).
