About the role
Hartree Partners Consulting, the management consulting arm of a global energy firm, is seeking a Strategy Consultant specialized in Oil & Gas. The role supports governments, regulators, National Oil Companies and International Oil Companies across the GCC and global markets, helping them turn complexity into opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client outreach and business development activities to expand the firm’s presence in the energy sector.
- Manage end‑to‑end workstreams, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations.
- Analyse market trends and develop pragmatic, forward‑looking solutions for oil and gas clients.
Required profile
- Business Analyst: minimum 6 months at a top‑tier consulting firm.
- Consultant / Senior Consultant: at least 2 years at a top‑tier consulting firm.
- Senior Manager / Principal: experience as an Engagement Manager or higher at a top‑tier consulting firm.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and resilience.
