About the role

We are looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join the Flowmingo Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers in your network, helping them improve hiring speed and fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and answer basic product questions.
• Facilitate introductions between prospective users and the Flowmingo team.
• Provide feedback from prospects to help refine the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed schedule or quota.
