Talent Acquisition Officer (Mid-Level)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Officer you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for five hospitality venues, handling everything from the first conversation with hiring managers to the new joiner’s first day. You will work in a small, close‑knit HR team, gaining exposure to all HR functions while leading recruitment independently.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with venue managers to define hiring needs and create compelling job posts and employer branding content.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies and hospitality schools; run volume recruitment and assessment days.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, manage offers, references, background checks and visa documentation.
• Deliver onboarding, orientation and follow‑up during the first months of employment.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, report on time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness and costs, and leverage AI and digital tools to improve hiring speed and fairness.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or agency, with a focus on hospitality or F&B.
• Hands‑on experience with volume hiring or pre‑opening recruitment.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, persistence and the ability to work autonomously.

• Familiarity with AI‑driven recruitment and design tools.
• Understanding of UAE Labour Law and visa documentation procedures.
