Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader in building high‑performing teams. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates across the organization while ensuring a smooth, data‑driven recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
