Team Lead – Associate Consultants (Sales Support)

About the role

Meydan Free Zone is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to manage its Associate Consultant sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional B2C customer experiences, and supporting the overall growth of the free‑zone ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and collective targets.
• Provide regular feedback, performance reviews and set clear expectations for behavior and results.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on strategy, tactics and sales approaches.
• Identify training needs, coach team members and enhance their sales capabilities.
• Oversee customer inquiries, concerns and escalations to ensure high satisfaction.
• Suggest process improvements and drive operational efficiency within the B2C function.
• Foster healthy competition and teamwork among associates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience using sales analytics tools.
