About the role
The Team Leader – Collection will oversee the unit responsible for gathering information across specific service areas within Dubai Customs. This role ensures that all collection activities adhere to established quality, service, and compliance standards while providing strong leadership to the team.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all tasks meet quality, service standards and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and mentor the information collection unit, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Coordinate collection processes with relevant service areas to guarantee accurate and timely data.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation and reporting in line with internal and external audit requirements.
Required profile
- Graduate in a relevant business discipline with appropriate certifications.
- 7‑8 years of relevant business experience, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity.
