Team Leader - Retail Banking (Cards & Loans)

About the role

The Team Leader will manage a high‑volume sales team focused on credit cards and personal loans across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position requires driving performance, ensuring compliance with banking guidelines, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and coach a retail banking sales team.
• Set, track and achieve sales targets while adhering to product and regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular training sessions.
• Organise sales activities in retail locations and designated areas.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain high service quality.
• Coordinate with bank representatives and internal stakeholders to optimise sales processes.
• Prepare and present sales reports, maintain operational discipline and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in retail banking sales, specifically cards and loans, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and interact with banking partners.
• Experience supervising sales teams in a retail or financial‑services environment.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field preferred.
