Team Leader – Retail Banking Group (Balance Builder)

About the role

The Team Leader will drive credit card acquisition and balance‑building initiatives for the Retail Banking Group. Reporting to senior sales management, the role combines direct sales, lead management and team coaching to meet monthly targets in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly credit card acquisition and balance‑building targets through direct sales channels.
• Manage lead allocation, monitor utilization and implement customer engagement strategies.
• Set performance goals, track daily activity and monitor conversion rates to drive productivity.
• Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and objection‑handling techniques.
• Mentor, motivate and provide structured feedback to the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high service quality.
• Review sales reports and KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Recruit, train and certify direct sales agents, aiming for low attrition.
• Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Product teams to align field activities with business objectives.
• Adapt sales strategies based on market trends, customer insights and competitive positioning.
