Technical Services Coordinator – MEA

About the role

Join Aman’s corporate team in Dubai as a Technical Services Coordinator for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Reporting to the Director of Design & Technical Services, you will help ensure that luxury hotel and resort projects meet Aman’s high design standards and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project coordination workshops and verify compliance with brand standards.
• Assist design and engineering consultants in developing approved designs through to working drawings.
• Review consultant‑submitted drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and post‑site‑visit actions.
• Communicate project status regularly to the Director and provide delivery projections.
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams, corporate functions, and external project partners.
• Archive digital communications, documents, meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an architectural or interior designer, design coordinator, or similar role.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel and resort project delivery; technical services background in hotel operations is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are desirable.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and cultural sensitivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu (desirable).
