Technical Trainer – Hard Services

About the role

The Technical Trainer – Hard Services will design and deliver training programmes for facilities‑management technicians across HVAC, electrical, MEP and BMS systems. The role bridges hands‑on maintenance expertise with instructional delivery to improve service quality and safety on client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct technical training sessions for hard‑services teams, covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BMS operations.
• Assess skill gaps, create training materials, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support technicians on‑site, providing guidance on maintenance standards and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with FM managers to align training with client requirements and quality benchmarks.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in facilities management, hard services or related technical fields.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly and train diverse teams.
• Track record of improving maintenance performance through training initiatives.
