Telemarketing Specialist – Lead Generation & Sales

About the role

Stravion Investment is seeking a full‑time Telemarketing Specialist to join its Dubai office. You will focus on outbound calling to generate qualified leads for the company’s land acquisition and financing solutions, helping to move projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Stravion’s services.
• Generate and qualify leads, schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
• Handle basic product questions and transfer complex inquiries to relevant team members.
• Collaborate with sales and investment teams to refine scripts, support campaigns, and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Strong lead generation and sales abilities with a proven track record of converting calls into prospects.
• Excellent spoken English, confident phone etiquette, and solid customer‑service skills.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call‑center environments, preferably in real‑estate, investment, or financial services.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software to track activities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field is a plus.
