About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Telesales Executive/Telecaller to join our Dubai team. You will contact potential customers, generate leads, explain our services and close sales over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain company services and generate interest.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience in telesales, telecalling or customer service.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to handle rejection.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
