About the role
Join the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah team as a Telephone Operator, delivering warm and memorable experiences to every guest through exceptional phone and email support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide upbeat, friendly phone and email assistance, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations.
- Support emergency response by relaying accurate information to the appropriate teams.
- Utilise the PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to facilitate daily operations.
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and spreading warmth to guests.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on delivering results in the moment.
