Telesales Executive - Forex & Financial Markets

About the role

Baazex is expanding its team and is looking for motivated Telesales Executives to join its office in Business Bay, Dubai. The role suits energetic sales professionals who enjoy building client relationships, achieving targets and working in a fast-paced financial services environment. Selected candidates will talk to prospective clients interested in trading and financial markets, guide them through account opening and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and help them complete the account opening process
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve daily and monthly call, sales and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
• Provide professional customer service while promoting the company's products and services

Required profile

• 1-3 years of telesales experience, preferably in forex, brokerage, banking or financial services
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is an advantage
• Confident, target-driven and comfortable with outbound sales calls
• Currently based in the UAE

Required skills

• Telesales techniques, lead generation and customer relationship management
• CRM systems, sales follow-up and conversion strategies
• Basic understanding of forex trading or financial markets is preferred
