Telesales Representative – Healthcare Platform

About the role

Nurition is a practitioner‑led health platform that connects doctors, clinics and health professionals with evidence‑based supplements and personalized nutrition solutions. We are looking for a confident, well‑spoken Telesales Representative to drive outbound sales, follow up leads and onboard new practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals to introduce Nurition’s platform and product range.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, events and sales activities, qualify them and identify business opportunities.
• Support practitioner onboarding by explaining benefits, assisting with account setup and coordinating with sales and operations teams.
• Promote supplement brands and protocols, convert warm leads into active practitioners or customers, and maintain regular follow‑ups.
• Update lead status, call notes and follow‑up actions in the CRM, track daily activity and pipeline progress.
• Assist field sales representatives by booking meetings and sharing qualified leads.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or inside sales.
• Preferably experience in healthcare, clinics, wellness or medical sales support.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, confident phone presence and objection handling.
• Organised, consistent and target‑driven with a proactive sales mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and activities.
