Telesales Specialist (German speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a persuasive sales professional fluent in German to drive phone sales and convert leads into appointments for our clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Drive active sales by phone to qualified prospects and our target customer database.
• Present the clinic's services convincingly and close sales efficiently.
• Identify, understand, and resolve customer objections to guide them toward a decision.
• Update the CRM in real time with prospect statuses, booked appointments, and communication history.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent German skills (C1/C2 level or equivalent).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in active telesales.
• Experience in services, aesthetic medicine, the luxury sector, or a German‑speaking call centre is a major plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion abilities and a drive for challenge.
• Ability to maintain a high volume of calls while preserving impeccable communication quality.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
