Tenant Relations Specialist – Retail Management (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Tenant Relations Specialist will proactively manage tenant relationships across Aldar Retail Management’s shopping centres, ensuring queries are resolved, sales performance is reported accurately, and tenant engagement remains high.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily tenant performance and identify under‑performing units.
• Prepare weekly performance analysis reports and propose corrective actions supported by financial analysis.
• Coordinate marketing support packages with Marketing, Commercialisation and Asset Management teams.
• Collaborate with the central team to monitor tenant debts, keeping total debt within 10 % of revenue and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Conduct daily inspections and audits of retail assets, collect data from physical checks, customer feedback and social media, and issue rectification recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail property management, including tenant relations and conflict resolution.
