About the role
The Test Governance Manager will lead test governance for the GBSM portfolio, ensuring quality and compliance across large‑scale transformation and regulatory initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end Test Governance and Quality Assurance Oversight
- Define test strategy, manage test metrics and reporting
- Coordinate stakeholders and senior engagement
- Manage risk, release readiness and regulatory project compliance
- Oversee data testing, data reconciliation, ETL and data validation
- Govern SDLC/STLC processes and defect management
- Lead vendor coordination and portfolio‑level quality governance
Required profile
- Experienced Test Manager with strong banking and risk management domain knowledge
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage large transformation programmes
