Travel Agent – Holiday Packages & Tour Activities

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Agent to join our Dubai office, focusing on holiday packages and tour activities. You will work directly with clients to design, book, and support memorable travel experiences, ensuring every detail is handled professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
• Create personalized itineraries covering flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
• Liaise with hotels, destination partners, and tour suppliers to confirm schedules, rates, and terms.
• Manage all bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and related services.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate, efficient, and delivered on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey.
• Assist clients with travel documents, visas, and insurance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel agency role focused on hotel bookings, tour activities, and holiday package management.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and tour operations.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with travel booking software and related tools.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
