Travel Consultant - Global Visas

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Travel Consultant specialized in global tourist visas to join our team in Sharjah. You will guide clients through every step of the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end visa consulting services, from electronic document collection to online submission and follow‑up with embassies or consulates.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships by providing ongoing support, updates, and expert advice.
• Communicate clearly with clients, educating them on visa timelines, requirements and status.
• Adopt a sales‑driven approach to meet targets while prioritising client interests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and stay current with visa regulation changes.
• Utilise digital tools to streamline document management and enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in visa consulting, sales or customer service, preferably with tourist visas.
• Strong client‑centric attitude, self‑initiative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
