About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Travel Desk Consultant to join our on‑site team in Dubai. You will be the main point of contact for clients seeking seamless travel experiences, from booking flights to arranging tours and theme‑park tickets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for customers.
- Assist clients with tours, sightseeing activities, and theme‑park ticket bookings.
- Handle reservations efficiently and ensure all details are accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations and tourism trends.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting or a related field.
- Proven track record in travel management and reservation handling.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of various travel destinations and current tourism trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
