TVR Sales Manager

About the role

The TVR Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for HVAC/TVR (VRF/VRV) solutions across the North Emirates region. You will plan, implement and direct sales activities to meet the company’s revenue targets while supporting the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by management.
• Delegate customer accounts to the sales team and monitor their performance.
• Follow up on projects and inquiries to secure sales.
• Supervise the sales team’s activities and performance.
• Investigate lost sales and develop corrective actions.
• Prepare pricing schedules and rates.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer analysis.
• Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
• Report daily sales dynamics and client requirements.
• Perform any other tasks required by the department manager.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Sales & Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of HVAC/TVR (VRF/VRV) sales experience as a sales executive or sales engineer.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Leadership skills with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with relevant software applications (as used in sales and reporting).
