TVR Sales Manager – North Emirates

About the role

The TVR Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for HVAC/TVR (VRF/VRV) solutions across the North Emirates region, including Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The role involves planning, implementing and directing sales activities to meet the company’s revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by management.
• Delegate customer accounts to the sales team and supervise their performance.
• Follow up on projects and inquiries to secure sales.
• Investigate lost sales and develop pricing schedules.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer analysis.
• Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
• Report daily sales dynamics and client requirements.
• Perform any other tasks required by the department manager.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Sales & Marketing; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of HVAC/TVR (VRF/VRV) sales experience as a sales executive or sales engineer.
• Strong knowledge of business, management principles and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid driving licence.
