About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Typist and Cashier to join our team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Go the “extra mile”.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 9:30 – 6:30.
- Full‑time position with regular schedule.
- Salary: AED 3000 – 4000 per month.
Required profile
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool‑tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
