Tyre Technician – Fit, Align & Balance Tyres

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tyre Technician to join our workshop in Sharjah. You will be responsible for fitting, aligning and balancing tyres on cars, trucks and trailers while maintaining high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fit, remove and replace tyres on a variety of vehicles.
• Perform accurate wheel alignment and balancing.
• Inspect tyres for wear, damage, punctures and other defects.
• Check and adjust tyre pressure according to specifications.
• Repair punctures and carry out basic tyre‑related repairs.
• Operate tyre‑fitting, balancing and alignment equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe service area and follow workshop safety procedures.
• Advise customers or supervisors on tyre condition and replacement needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of car, truck and trailer tyres.
• Good understanding of tyre sizes, pressure, tread and wear patterns.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy tyres and wheels.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
