UAE & Kuwait Account Associate (UAE National)

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a UAE & Kuwait Account Associate based in Dubai to support Alshaya Group’s portfolio of beauty, pharmacy and toy brands on the Deliveroo platform. The role focuses on ensuring seamless on‑app execution, high stock availability and a friction‑free ordering experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and manage promotions (discounts, BOGO offers) across Alshaya brand storefronts.
• Activate and monitor Deliveroo ad campaigns for brands such as NYX and Ulta.
• Audit brand pages for correct images, descriptions and promotional tags.
• Track stock updates and flag missing data to prevent order mark‑outs.
• Collaborate with catalogue teams to create and refine menu structures (e.g., “Trending” for Ulta, “Gift Ideas” for Disney).
• Execute rapid menu tag updates to improve searchability and conversion.
• Generate daily and weekly performance health checks for Account Managers.

Required profile

• Q‑Commerce mindset – fast, responsive and organized.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Comfortable handling data and performing basic analysis.

Required skills

• CSV file handling.
• Excel or Google Sheets for data upload and analysis.
