About the role
This full‑time university internship offers a hands‑on introduction to kitchen operations within a luxury resort environment. You will build on classroom learning while experiencing the day‑to‑day activities of a world‑class hotel kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Observe and assist the culinary team to gain first‑hand knowledge of hotel kitchen workflows.
- Support daily food preparation and service tasks under supervision.
- Learn Marriott’s operational standards and St. Regis service expectations.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Required profile
- Current college or university student.
- Interest in hospitality and culinary arts.
