Unpaid Pulse Product & Knowledge Operations Internship

About the role

This eight‑week, fully on‑site internship gives students and recent graduates practical experience in Pulse product and knowledge operations. You will help ensure that conversational AI answers are accurate, testable and useful while learning product operations, knowledge management and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Check voice and text responses against approved sources and user permissions.
• Organise knowledge documents, source references, versions and access scopes.
• Test for missing, outdated or conflicting information and record unsupported answers.
• Reproduce interaction defects with clear test steps.
• Write requirements and acceptance criteria for developers and testers.
• Maintain an issue list, verification checklist and repeatable product handover.

Required profile

• Ability to compare an answer with its source and spot unsupported claims.
• Capability to explain a defect using clear steps, expected and observed behaviour.
• Write clear English notes and distinguish facts from suspected causes.
• Organise documents and understand permission impacts on answers.
• Report incomplete results or important limitations before meetings.
