About the role
The Utilities Inspector – Dry Utilities will support AECOM’s infrastructure projects in Dubai by ensuring that dry utility systems meet quality, performance and code requirements. Working under general supervision, the role involves daily field inspections, documentation and participation in testing and commissioning activities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and code requirements through inspection duties.
- Perform daily field inspections of dry utility installations and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning processes.
- Track quality assurance progress and provide input for area and equipment turnover documentation.
- Assist in training entry‑level employees as needed.
Required profile
- Limited experience with the ability to plan and accomplish inspection goals.
- Works effectively under general supervision.
- Willingness to assist in training entry‑level staff.
