Vaccines Account Manager

About the role

The Vaccines Account Manager will lead the commercial strategy for innovative vaccine products across the assigned UAE territory, engaging healthcare professionals and key accounts to ensure timely product availability and patient access.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver commercial strategies and act as a trusted advisor to HCPs in the defined territory.
• Monitor product performance, develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with sales targets.
• Support tender and market access activities, including price proposals, RFQ follow‑up and formulary enlistment.
• Coordinate with supply chain and trade teams to manage product availability, shelf‑life and forecasting.
• Conduct external meetings to drive disease and product awareness and build long‑lasting relationships with scientific societies and key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in vaccines or cardiovascular/kidney/metabolic therapy.
• Based in Dubai with UAE experience; fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
