About the role
The Valet – Transportation role ensures guests receive a memorable first and last impression by managing their arrival and departure experiences at our luxury hotels.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through arrival and departure processes, handling luggage and transportation needs.
- Process operational tasks, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Provide local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and over 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Physical capability to handle items up to 50 lb independently and heavier items with help.
