Vehicle Operations Support – Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a Vehicle Operations Support professional to coordinate and manage the day‑to‑day operational requirements of an autonomous vehicle fleet in Dubai. The role ensures vehicle availability, maintenance, repairs, energy needs and operational supplies are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vehicle‑related operational activities within the assigned area.
• Implement and maintain vehicle management procedures in line with established standards.
• Schedule routine vehicle maintenance and servicing.
• Support vehicle repair activities and follow up on completion.
• Arrange vehicle fueling, charging or other energy requirements.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready and available when required.
• Procure and coordinate operational supplies and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and operational activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, vehicle coordination or transportation.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow procedures consistently.
