Vice President – Sales

About the role

Equiti Group, a fast‑growing fintech firm, is looking for a Vice President of Sales to join its Retail Sales department in Sharjah. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will lead relationship‑building efforts with high‑net‑worth clients and help expand the Equiti Securities portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new client relationships through multiple channels.
• Leverage an extensive network of high‑net‑worth individuals and partners to generate leads.
• Convert leads into active clients by showcasing Equiti’s unique market knowledge and service offering.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on market and trading matters.
• Assist in planning and executing client events.
• Provide training on financial assets and trading platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and development teams to support projects.
• Complete required training and development objectives on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales or account‑management role within financial services.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
• CISI certification (Wealth Management or Introduction to Securities and Investments) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of financial products such as FX, Equities, and CFDs.
• Proven ability to manage direct, indirect and alternative sales channels.
• Excellent client‑facing and relationship‑building capabilities.
