Vice President – Sales (Sharjah)

About the role

Equiti, a fast‑growing fintech broker, is looking for a Vice President of Sales to join its Retail Sales team in Sharjah. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work with a high‑performing team to expand the client portfolio and deliver exceptional service to high‑net‑worth individuals and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new relationships through multiple channels, leveraging an extensive network of HNWs and partners.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads using industry sources and external platforms.
• Secure and grow client numbers by showcasing a clear market‑knowledge advantage.
• Achieve defined sales targets and act as a trusted point of contact on market and trading matters.
• Assist in planning and executing client events and provide training on financial assets and trading platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, operations, development—to support projects and initiatives.
• Complete required training and development objectives within set timeframes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing high‑net‑worth clients in the FX industry or a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong communication skills.
• CISI certification (Wealth Management or Introduction to Securities and Investments) is required.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of financial products such as FX, Equities and CFDs.
• Proficiency in sales planning and management of direct, indirect and alternative channels.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
