VIP & Institutional Sales – MENA

About the role

Binance’s VIP & Institutional team is looking for a sales professional to manage and grow relationships with high‑value institutional and VIP clients across the MENA region. You will work remotely within a global team, travelling to meet key prospects and attend bespoke events.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust‑based relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients.
• Expand existing customer relationships through continuous communication and deep understanding of their needs.
• Design and maintain customer service processes, management rules, and tracking systems for key accounts.
• Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, produce analytical reports, and relay feedback to product and operations teams.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting clear KPIs.
• Experience in customer acquisition/origination and autonomous work within a sales team.
• Comfortable collaborating with regional sales teams and hosting events to attract new customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM tool.
