Visa Services & Business Setup Specialist

About the role

Al Tawkel Center is seeking a Visa Services & Business Setup Specialist to join its Dubai office. The specialist will manage end‑to‑end visa processing and guide clients through company formation, licensing and regulatory compliance, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and prepare visa application documents for individuals and companies.
• Submit applications to relevant UAE government authorities and follow up on status.
• Advise clients on business setup procedures, including company formation, licensing and registrations.
• Maintain accurate client records and coordinate with internal legal and administrative teams.
• Respond to client inquiries, explain processes, timelines and fee structures.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services and prepare basic cost estimates.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret regulations and resolve document issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Proven customer‑service experience with diverse client bases.
• Sales orientation to identify client needs and recommend services.
• Basic finance understanding for cost estimation and fee explanation.
• Previous experience in UAE visa processing, PRO services or business setup is highly desirable.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
