About the role
The F&B Waiter at ME Dubai will deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service, ensuring guest satisfaction in line with the hotel’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and proactively anticipate guest needs.
- Support marketing and inventory activities while minimizing wastage.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and adapt to various sub‑departments as required.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Punctuality, proper grooming and flexibility to respond to departmental needs.
- Alignment with ME’s brand values and participation in training sessions.
Required skills
- Product knowledge and upselling abilities.
- Ability to deliver high‑quality service and support inventory management.
